The record
Every number, with its basis.
A firm that sells verified outcomes should publish its own numbers the same way. This page states what we claim, how it was measured, and what we deliberately leave out.
Publications
Published titles
Method: counted from final print files in our production archive only — drafts, proposals and unpublished work excluded.
Pages designed and produced
Method: page counts measured from the final PDFs of those 58 titles.
Print runs managed
Method: production records — titles carried through physical print and delivery.
Events
Event programmes over ten years
Method: named programmes with delivery records — recurring editions counted per programme, not per edition.
Campaign impressions across programmes
Method: post-campaign reports per programme. Audited campaign reach is never summed with owned-channel analytics — they measure different things.
Platforms & campaigns
Saudi chamber account on Instagram
Method: independent benchmark ranking of chamber accounts in the Kingdom, for an account operated by DNA's embedded team.
Impressions on X at 9.3% engagement
Method: platform analytics for a single reporting period on a client account we operate; growth figures (+141% Facebook views, +590% Instagram reach) from the same analytics snapshot.
Cost per click, one awareness campaign
Method: campaign-manager receipts; engagement rate on the same campaign 21%.
Commercial delivery
Client retail sales in one measured window
Method: client POS export, Jan 2024–Feb 2025, up to 28 branches, analysed by DNA. Same-store performance was roughly flat; growth came from new products and new branches — the levers our mandate operated. We publish that distinction on purpose.
New products launched in 14 months
Method: SKU-level launch tracking in the same POS window; the new lines generated SAR 3.55M in-window and 16.9% of final-period sales.
Category sales vs quarterly average, one campaign month
Method: POS category analysis; campaign month identified from plans and invoices. Stated as fact of the month, not a causal guarantee.
Revenue share on a zero-setup e-commerce build
Method: signed 2022 contract terms — the earliest of our outcome-linked structures.
Firm & network
Clients · 300+ projects · 40+ experts
Basis: cumulative figures across the DNA and Trivergence network, including franchise engagements.
Revenue generated for clients
Basis: client-outcome estimate across the network's engagement history — value created for clients, not DNA's own turnover.
What we leave out, and why
Numbers pending third-party confirmation don't appear here. Sponsor-facing event dashboards are published only with the host institution's sign-off. Where attribution is genuinely shared, we say "levers we operated" rather than claiming causation. If we can't trace a figure to a source, we don't publish it — the same standard we ask clients to hold us to.
