We don't sell hours.
We sell outcomes.

We plan, produce and run the things institutions are judged by — their events, their publications, their communications — and we contract against the result, not the effort. If an outcome can't be measured, we won't charge for it as if it could.

The shift

Every agency promises results. Very few will sign for them.

Most professional services are still sold the old way: a scope of activities, a monthly fee, and a report about effort. The result — the point of the whole exercise — carries no contractual weight at all.

DNA is moving its practice onto a different footing. Where an outcome is measurable, verifiable and within our control, we put part of our fee behind it. We have signed revenue-share and KPI-linked mandates, and we walk into every engagement asking one question first: what result would make this worth it — and can we both verify it?

The record

Numbers we can defend, with the method stated.

Every figure and its basis
58published titles — 3,067 pages, measured from final print files
21event programmes delivered across ten years
3.2×category sales in one campaign month, from client POS data
142new products launched in 14 months on one retail mandate

If we can't trace a number to a source, we don't publish it.

The franchise

International methodology. In-Kingdom delivery.

DNA is the official Saudi franchisee of Trivergence, a US-based consulting firm whose franchise principal serves as Trivergence's Vice President for the Middle East & Africa. In practice that means Saudi institutions get international consulting methodology with local commercial standing, Arabic-first delivery, and a team that lives where the work is.

About DNA and Trivergence

How an engagement starts

Three conversations, in order.

01 · The outcome

We agree what result would make the work worth doing — and how both sides would verify it happened.

02 · The evidence

We show you the closest thing we've already done. If we don't have the receipts, we'll say so before you ask.

03 · The structure

A framework agreement scoped around the outcome — from conventional fees to KPI-linked and shared-value structures where the work qualifies.
